Workshops

Emily designs and delivers tailored workshops for financial services organisations on conduct risk, compliance culture, leadership accountability, and non-financial misconduct — adapting content and approach to meet your specific organisational needs and learning objectives.

Whether you need a half-day session on ethical decision-making, a two-day culture transformation workshop, or facilitated discussions on navigating regulatory complexity, each workshop is built around your context, challenges, and desired outcomes.

For organisations seeking ongoing support, workshops can form part of a broader consulting engagement or culture transformation programme.

The Process

- We begin with a consultation to understand your goals, organisational culture, and participant needs. From there, Emily designs a custom workshop that combines practical frameworks, real-world scenarios, and interactive activities to ensure meaningful engagement and actionable outcomes.

- During delivery, Emily creates a psychologically safe environment where participants can explore complex issues, challenge assumptions, and develop practical strategies they can implement immediately.

- Following the workshop, Emily provides a debrief session to discuss key insights, next steps, and recommendations for embedding learning across the organisation.

Facilitating & Moderating

I love being at the heart of the debates, challenges and knowledge sharing across the risk and compliance landscape. I enjoy working with events teams bringing together opportunities for the industry to get together and discuss, debate and learn.

As a moderator and session facilitator of large and small groups, I take delight in preparing speakers and attendees with questions, ensuring there is ample content and bringing out the best all have to offer and share in these contexts.

I have the privilege of partnering with 1LoD as a specialist facilitator of their exclusive Leaders Networks, for both Surveillance and XLoD Leaders, hosted in multiple locations bi-annually.

These are off-the-record, meetings to address the current, pressing challenges for practitioners. Conducted under Chatham House rules, the discussions are designed to support sharing between industry leaders as they brainstorm, collaborate and problem solve to improve practices, technology and industry standards, for all.
